Nemaha Valley Middle School Science Olympiad Take 2nd Place

The Nemaha Valley Middle School Science Olympiad Team traveled to Salina to compete at one of the Kansas Regional Science Olympiad Tournaments, on January 13, 2010. The team member worked together for months to prepare for their events. Out the twenty-three events the NVMS Science Olympiad team medaled in nine of the events. Their hard work paid off in the end, because they received a second place out of the sixteen teams that participated. Their high score will earn them an invitation to the state competition that is held on Wichita State University’s in early April.
