Thursday, September 9: The Nemaha Valley Lady Raiders will play Baileyville in volleyball. The volleyball game begins at 5:00 p.m. and will be held at NVMS. The Nemaha Valley Raiders will play football with Baileyville at 6:30 p.m. and the game will be held at the Nemaha Valley stadium.
Sunday, September 12: All families in Preschool, KinderPrep, and K-8 are invited to “Raiderfest”. Raiderfest is a family back-to-school picnic. It will begin at 5:00 p.m. and will be held at NVEMS (notice the change in location). Don’t forget to bring your lawn chairs. Table service and beverages will be provided. Please contact the school office at 336-2173 for more information.
Wednesday, September 15: Students will be released at 1:15 p.m.
Thursday, September 16: NVMS will have a Pep Rally at 12:35. The NVMS Lady Raiders will play Centralia & SPPS this evening; the tri will be held at NVHS and the first games will begin at 4:00 p.m. The Raiders will play the Centralia Panthers in football at 6:30 p.m. and the game will be held at the Nemaha Valley stadium.
Friday, September 24: We will hold our first Raider Pride Assembly of the school year; the fourth grade classes will be hosting this event. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our students to shine and to celebrate the great things happening at NVEMS. The program will start at 12:35.
Friday, September 24: The students in Mrs. Helm’s second grade class are going to the local care homes and will be reading to the residents.
Monday, September 27: The Nemaha Valley Lady Raiders will play Washington in volleyball. The volleyball game begins at 5:00 p.m. and will be held at Washington. The Nemaha Valley Raiders will play football with Washington at 6:30 p.m. and the game will be held at Washington.
Tuesday, September 28: The NVEMS Site Council will meet at 2:00 and NVEMS.
